Monday 18 December 2017, users reported the below issues. These issues are resolved now.
- When you try to print, Printix printers appear with “Status unavailable”.
- When you try to add a printer via the Printers... menu in Printix Client, the only printer that is available is typically the Printix Anywhere printer.
- In Printix Administrator printers would appear as offline after a page reload.
Customers who created their Printix Home after Tuesday 5 December 2017, may still experience the above problems. At 13:30 we have started to deploy new Printix Client for these customers. Printix Client should update automatically within the next hour. The version is 126.96.36.199 (Windows) and 188.8.131.52 (Mac).
