On 2021-09-06 (Monday, September 6th. 2021) at 09:46 (CET) we received phone call that printix.net website was unavailable, and at 09:59 (CET) we received the first support request indicating that customer was unable to access their Printix Home and the printix.net website. Subsequent analyses showed that it was a DNS issue, caused by expired domain registration. Domain registration was renewed until September 2027. At 10:43 (CET) we marked the announcement as resolved, however, noting, that due to caching mechanism there could be a delay in it taking full effect (should have been maximum an hour). No further support requests was received after the issue was marked as resolved.
Process for monitoring email notifications concerning domain registration renewals has been strengthened.
