Print from home office. Provided the VPN connection allows the home office computer to reach the printer on the work network, the user can now print directly to this. Printix offers three methods to print from home office.
Delegated print management. Delegate the responsibility for the management of printers and print queues to the IT personnel at the local site. Administrators with the new role, Site manager, can manage printers and printing in Printix Administrator without having excessive permissions to change global settings and printing at other sites. Use the new Sites page to create and manage sites.
Set default printer can now be done with Printix: By group membership, and Remotely on a selected computer.
Deploy print queues to computers based on computers’ group membership. A print queue that has Add print queue automatically checked for one or more groups will be added automatically to the computer, if the computer is a member of any of those groups. On the new Groups tab on the Computer properties page you can see the groups the computer is a member of. Works for Azure AD groups. The Groups page has the columns Print queues, Users and Computers. The new Computers column shows the number of computers that are a member of the group. The Exclusive access to print queues is based only on users’ group membership, and not on computers' group membership.

Print driver configuration now also supports custom paper sizes. If the custom paper size is defined it will be included when the print driver configuration is uploaded or configured. This is relevant if you are using a plotter, such as Canon TM-300, Canon iPF770, ...
When filtering on networks a maximum of 10 networks were listed. Infinite scrolling is now implemented so networks are listed as you scroll down the list.
TLS 1.2 is now used for all communication between Printix Client and Printix Cloud.

For print anywhere print queues the print driver configuration can now be obtained with Upload from computer. If the print anywhere print queue is using the Microsoft Print to PDF print driver, you can use this to control for example the default paper size.
Rare issue with Printix Client for Windows using high amounts of memory has been fixed and the internal web server component has been replaced. As a result Printix Client version 1.3.813.0 and later requires .NET Framework version 4.5 or later.
On Mac computers printing could in very rate situations be paused unintentionally.
On Windows, the installation of Printix Client will now restart the LPD Service.

This version of Printix App on Android phones is represented by a generic Android icon instead of the Printix logo. Pending an update to third-party framework (PP-5211).
This version and earlier of Printix App on iPhone 7 and above with iOS 13 or later, does NOT support register NFC tag. Pending an update to third-party framework (PP-5126).
On Windows, when you open the Control Panel, Features and Programs and select Printix Client the Product version is that of the initially installed Printix Client.
