On 2020-11-13 at 14:36 our PagerDuty system alerted us regarding rejected authentication request. At 14:38 GMT we published the first version of this announcement. At 15:19 we updated the announcement as resolved. Issue was resolved by restarting the ‘proxy service’.
- Change settings on our 'proxy service', that is, the service that connects with the computers.
- The above change was implemented as part of the scheduled maintenance on 2020-11-28.
