Printix will be carrying out a minor service upgrade on all networks globally. To minimize any disruption to your printing needs, all work has been planned for 2 hours as follows:

In general some slowness should be expected during most of the period. For shorter periods of about 20 minutes, access to Printix Administrator is not possible, and printing via the cloud, mobile print, and secure print will also not be working. But users can still:
- Print directly to printers on the network.
- Print to the Printix Anywhere printer, but they can not release any documents.
- Print later, but they can not release any documents.
As a result of this maintenance the URLs required to access the Printix Cloud will remain the same. However, IP addresses may change. Therefore customers who has entered IP addresses for whitelisting rather than URLs, should contact firstname.lastname@example.org and request information about possible changed IP addresses. Information about the possible changed IP addresses is expected to be available from 9 August.
- The URLs that must be unblocked is documented in the Printix Administrator Manual.
