On 2021-10-14 (Thursday, October 14th. 2021) at 09:32 CET we received support request concerning issue with submitted documents not being available for release. We also got an escalated PagerDuty alert at 09:09 CET and at 09:49 CET we got PagerDuty alert indicating delay in processing requests. Analysis showed that the Authorization service was running at 95% of its memory limit. Memory limit was raised and gradually the performance rose and at 11:10 CET we announced the issue as resolved.
