For one hour this afternoon (14:40 - 15:30 CET) it was not possible to release documents printed via the cloud.
Incident report
On 2022-03-01 (Tuesday, March 1st. 2022) at 15:12 CET we received support request indicating that relasing documents printed via the cloud did not work. Subsequent analysis showed, that the issue was caused by a mis-configured firewall, which was corrected resulting in printing working again at 15:30 CET. Further analysis showed, that the issue started at 14:30 CET.
