We have received reports from users that they are either presented with a blank screen or are no longer able to access the Printix Administrator (acme.printix.net/admin) since the Printix App for web version 2.1.6 was released as part of changelog 2022-01.
Printix App for web version 2.1.6 features a new version of an internal framework, and it seems that this is causing the issue for some customers. Customers have reported that the issue can be resolved by clearing browsing data on the computer, phone or tablet that is being used.
RESOLUTION: Clear the browsing data for your Printix Home (acme.printix.net).
Google Chrome
- In the browser open your Printix Home (acme.printix.net).
- Select the padlock icon to the left of the adress bar.
- Select Cookies.
- In Cookies in use select your Printix Home (acme.printix.net) and select Remove.
- Select Done.
- In the browser open your Printix Home (acme.printix.net).
Microsoft Edge
- In the browser open your Printix Home (acme.printix.net).
- Select the padlock icon to the left of the adress bar.
- Select Cookies.
- In Cookies in use select your Printix Home (acme.printix.net) and select Remove.
- Select Done.
- In the browser open your Printix Home (acme.printix.net).
Mozilla Firefox
- In the browser open your Printix Home (acme.printix.net).
- Select the padlock icon to the left of the adress bar.
- Select Clear Cookies and Site Data.
- Select your Printix Home (acme.printix.net) and select Remove.
- In the browser open your Printix Home (acme.printix.net).
