Incident report
The root cause of this incident was too few subscription services resulting in very slow performance Monday morning, when Europe came online and the load increased on the system. During the scheduled maintenance on 2022-05-28 (Saturday 28th, May 2022) we tried to migrate four selected services to externally hosted Cassandra service for further automation and stability. We got too many timeouts after migration, so had to revert back. Another attempt will be scheduled in the near future. Unfortunately, there was a mistake in the revert script, so too few subscription services was started. Approximately 30 minutes after the additional services was started performance was back to normal.
Friendly regards
The Printix Team
