Printix will be carrying out a minor service upgrade on all networks globally. The maintenance involves disabling TLS 1.0 for the Printix Cloud services handling Printix Administrator and Printix App. If you subsequently against expectation should experience issues with Printix Go, you should configure these printers to use use TLS 1.2 (recommended) or TLS 1.1 as previously advised in the announcement: Printix end of support for TLS 1.0 is coming.
To minimize any disruption to your printing needs, all work has been planned for 2 hours as follows:
From: 07:00 CET (GMT+1) on Sunday 18 December 2022
To: 09:00 CET (GMT+1) on Sunday 18 December 2022
During the period there will be short periods with suspension of certain services, but users can still:
- Print directly to printers on the network.
- Print to the Printix Anywhere printer, but they can not release any documents.
- Print later, but they can not release any documents.
