We are currently experiencing issues with Printix Cloud. We are working to resolve the issues. We will post updates to this announcement when we have news. Select Follow if you wish to be notified about these updates.
During this period you may experience slow performance, inability to sign in and release documents via Printix App. Direct print to printers on the local network is still possible.

System is recovering, but it may take about 40 minutes, before all Printix Client computers have managed to connect to the Printix Cloud.

Printix system is recovered and we believe issue was caused by Microsoft Azure Network Infrastructure issues (still ongoing). Check status at: https://status.azure.com/en-us/status
Update 3 - 2023-01-25 12:45
Changing status to resolved as Microsoft has reported that they have resolved the Azure Network Infrastructure issue.
