We scaled up our inbound connection path to mitigate any protentional slowness. Investigation is continuing in to source of the failed inbound connections.

We are observing higher than normal failed inbound connection attempts and are investigation the cause for these occurrences. It is possible you may experience some minor slowness at this time, but no impact to a tenants ability to use Printix has been observed. All printing and scanning features are functioning.
